Acquapole Certification Course

The international Aquapole certification course is a 2 day course (1,5 day Acquapole and 0,5 day aquaboxing) mixing theory and practice with examination at the end.

During these two days, you will learn the different positions and exercises with the Acquapole and aquaboxing, how to conduct safe and effective classes, design a class, have the good skills and attitude on the deck, work with special population (senior, pregnant women, athletes, rehab) and some cross training programmes. A certification will be issue upon success of the course.
